Order Fulfillment

At Hunting Dog, every product is carefully manufactured and prepared by Tradewest Fabrication Ltd. in Alberta, Canada.

Our products are built with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Once your order has been received, we begin preparing your product for shipment.

Most orders are expected to ship within 5-10 business days. During periods of high demand, seasonal launches, or promotional events, fulfillment times may be extended. If there are significant delays, we will communicate updated timelines as soon as possible.

Please review individual product listings for current estimated lead times before placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Canada Shipping

Shipping rates and available shipping promotions are determined based on order value, destination, product size, and current carrier rates.

From time to time, Hunting Dog may offer free shipping promotions or include free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping offers will be displayed during checkout or communicated through our website.

Orders that do not qualify for a free shipping promotion will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Some remote locations or oversized shipments may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you before processing your order.

United States Shipping

We ship select products to the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and current carrier rates.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

Hunting Dog / Tradewest Fabrication Ltd. is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination.

Due to the size and weight of our products, international shipping costs can vary significantly. Customers outside Canada and the United States should contact us before ordering if a shipping quote is required.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number and we will assist in locating your shipment.

Shipping Damage

We take care to package our products securely before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with resolving the issue.
