Returns and Exchanges

At Hunting Dog, we take pride in building durable outdoor cooking products designed to be used for years of adventures.

Because our products are fabricated and prepared with care, and shipping costs can be significant, we ask customers to carefully consider their purchase before ordering.

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. (14 days for international customers)

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition

• The product must include all original packaging and accessories

• The product must not show signs of cooking, use, smoke exposure, grease, staining, or damage

Customers are responsible for contacting us before returning any product. Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Products that have been used

• Products showing signs of cooking, smoke, grease, or heat exposure

• Custom or personalized products

• Special orders

• Clearance or final sale items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before funds appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.

Product Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Structural Components

Hunting Dog, a brand of Tradewest Fabrication Ltd., warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product with respect to structural components and primary welded assemblies.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Hunting Dog or an authorized reseller.

120-Day Limited Warranty on Components

Removable components, accessories, and non-structural parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies to components such as:

• Cooking grates

• Removable trays

• Accessories

• Hardware components

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use. It does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, modifications, or damage resulting from normal exposure to heat, smoke, weather, and outdoor conditions.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Heat discoloration

• Surface changes caused by normal use

• Scratches, cosmetic imperfections, or surface rust/patina

• Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Damage caused by improper fuel, excessive heat, or unsafe operation

• Commercial use unless specifically approved by Hunting Dog

• Damage caused by shipping carriers after delivery

• Incidental or consequential damages

• rust / corrosion of any kind

Outdoor cooking equipment naturally experiences exposure to heat, smoke, weather, and environmental conditions. Changes in appearance over time are considered normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the defect

Hunting Dog may request additional information or inspection of the product or component before approving a claim.

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Hunting Dog may, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective component

• Replace the defective component

• Replace the product

Shipping costs associated with warranty claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty represents the exclusive warranty provided by Hunting Dog / Tradewest Fabrication Ltd.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
